We currently ship to the following states: AL, AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

Please note we are only able to ship to certain zip codes in Alaska and Florida. Please call customer service at (844) 468-6267 or, if you need assistance determining eligibility for shipments.

If you cancel your order after it has been sent to our fulfillment center, a 25% restocking fee will be applied before a refund is issued.

We process fulfillment of orders the next available business day. There may be another business day before the order is packed and shipped. Depending on the state you are shipping to, the shipment can take 2-10 days to arrive for ground shipments. You will receive an email the day when your package ships with a link and tracking number. (Please note during periods of large volume this timeline may be delayed at multiple points)

An adult 21-years-of-age must be present to sign for the shipment.

Use a business address for the shipping address, whenever possible. This greatly reduces the number of delivery issues.

Note, to protect your wine we occasionally need to delay wine shipments to avoid periods of extreme weather, either hot or cold. If this occurs, we will notify you of the delay and give you options to speed delivery.
